Trevor has 25+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, and his career focus has been in the recruitment of executives, technologists and financial leadership for leading corporations.

He has operated in a Global Leadership role with Teradata, spent many years supporting Microsoft, and served as a Group Manager for Avanade (a joint venture between Accenture & Microsoft).

Trevor has led Executive Searches for Private Equity and Venture Capital-backed clients.  He is passionate about supporting new and innovative ventures, and he has been involved in the start-up phase of multiple firms.

Trevor is a graduate of Miami University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree.
