Shannon is a Partner at Lancor in the Cleveland office. She supports the firm in managing and executing retained search engagements.

Shannon began her search career with Lancor as a research analyst and was promoted to Consultant shortly after. She specializes in operating executive hires for Private Equity portfolio operations groups, as well as C-level searches for portfolio companies owned by Private Equity sponsors.

Prior to joining Lancor, Shannon worked for League Park Advisors LLC, a boutique investment bank specializing in middle-market M&A transactions across a broad array of industries.

Shannon earned her BA in Education from Bowling Green State University.
