Monica is a Consultant with Lancor’s Brussels office. She supports the firm with data management, developing and implementing executive search strategies in retained search engagements.

She works alongside the Partners And Principal of the Brussels & Dubai offices to provide research, create frameworks for searches and implement project strategies.

Prior to joining Lancor, Monica was working as a Field Researcher for TforG-IQVIA, a consultancy firm providing performance measurements tailored for the medical technology market.

She has also completed an internship in Project and Event Management at TechTour, one of the largest investor-oriented communities in Europe connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate partners from across the world.

She graduated from the University of Bucharest with a BA in Languages: Dutch & French; from The Vrije University van Brussel with an MA in Multicultural Studies: English, Dutch & French; and a second MA in Communication Studies: Journalism and Media.
