Lottie is the Administrator for the Brussels office.

She previously worked at Heidrick & Struggles (1990s – 2000), leaving to bring up her family before joining Peloton Advisors Ltd (now Deep Tech Leaders).  She then worked as a Church Administrator.  She undertook some temporary assignments for Lancor before joining in August 2023.

In her spare time she enjoys cold water swimming, gardening and walking her dog.
