Kelli is a Consultant in Lancor’s Cleveland office. As a Consultant, Kelli works directly with our clients to deliver talent to solve their leadership problems. She frames the workflow for projects, manages deliverables, and works with the clients and candidates throughout their experience.

Prior to joining Lancor, Kelli worked for five years at a private equity-backed SaaS business, OnShift Software, where she held positions in sales and partner management. She is a graduate of John Carroll University.
