Elsa is a principal consultant at Lancor, managing and delivering business critical talent projects within key customers in the Middle East. She started her executive search career at Amrop International.

Prior to Lancor, Elsa was the Founder of Promomz*, an online and mobile platform connecting professional mothers with flexible job opportunities. She was the winner of the Emirates NBD Bank Rise SME App Award for most innovative and unique mobile app and has also featured in many publications.

Elsa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Notre Dame University, is a consultant and advisor to various startups, and guest speaker at corporate conferences and key events.

She is fluent in Arabic, English, French, and Spanish.
