David Sanderson
David Sanderson is a Partner and Director at Bain & Company. He also serves as a Senior Advisor of Lancor and as a Senior Advisor to Lancor Capital Partners.
David is the Founder of Bain’s Los Angeles office. Currently, he is the Co-Head of Bain’s global Telecom, Media, and Technology practice. Formerly, he founded and co-led eVolution Global Partners, an investment firm backed by Texas Pacific Group, Kleiner Perkins, and Bain. He has also served as an investment committee member for one of Bain’s internal private equity co-investment funds. At Bain, he has advised both large enterprises and private equity investors across the TMT market. He has worked with clients to address issues ranging from corporate and BU strategy and operational improvement to M&A and organizational design.
David has served on a number of boards including the United Way of Greater Los Angeles, Ideaforest (JoAnn.com), Fort Point Partners, MarketMIle (aka Ketera), and UCLA’s Johnson Cancer Center Foundation Board.
He earned an MA in business administration, with honors, from Stanford University, an MS in Computer Science from Syracuse University, and a BS in Applied Math and Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
