Christie is a Research Analyst with Lancor’s Dubai office. In this role, she supports the firm in managing data, developing and implementing executive search strategies in retained search engagements.

She works alongside the Partners and Principal of the Brussels & Dubai offices to provide research, create frameworks for searches and implement project strategies.

Prior to joining Lancor in 2022, Christie participated in several international leadership programs including the Women Lead to Inspire Masterclass of Bain & Co.

She graduated from the Lebanese University with a Master's degree in Electrical & Telecommunications Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
