Caterina is a Research Analyst with Lancor’s Brussels office. In this role, she supports the firm in managing data, developing and implementing executive search strategies in retained search engagements.

She works alongside the Partners and Principal of the Brussels & Dubai offices to provide research, create frameworks for searches, and implement project strategies.

Prior to joining Lancor in 2022, Caterina was a freelance linguist specializing in applied linguistics for tech companies.

She has also completed a research internship at the Centre for Comparative Governance Studies, where she supported the Research team on projects relating to cyber-politics.

Catarina graduated from the Catholic University of Milan with a Bachelor’s degree in Languages for International Relations (English and Russian), and from the Higher School of Economics with a Master’s degree in Political Science.
