Brett is an Engagement Manager with Lancor’s Cleveland office. He supports the firm’s executive search strategies within the Private Equity industry while framing the workflow for projects, managing deliverables, and working with the clients and candidates throughout their experience.

Prior to joining Lancor, Brett spent five years recruiting for healthcare tech portfolio companies, developing expertise in identifying and placing top talent in the healthcare technology sector. Brett earned his Bachelor’s degree from Shenandoah University, where he played collegiate golf and tennis.
