Ben is a Research Analyst in the Lancor Cleveland office. As a Research Analyst, Ben supports the firm in managing data, developing, and implementing executive search strategies in retained search engagements. He works alongside the Partners and Consultants in the Cleveland office to provide research and implement project strategies.

Prior to joining Lancor full-time, Ben worked with Lancor as a research intern while completing his undergraduate degree. He graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s degree in General Business.
