Pete works closely with the firm’s partners, primarily on C-level searches for private equity clients and their portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Lancor, Pete was an Associate with EdgePoint Capital Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm, where he worked on a wide variety of middle market M&A transactions. Pete was also Founder and President of a privately held contracting business. In that role, Pete directed all facets of operations including strategic planning, business development and human resources management.

Pete holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Cleveland State University and a Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
