Joanna runs and executes senior searches across the technology, media and telecommunications sectors, and also brings industry experience spanning hospitality, energy, healthcare and professional services.

Prior to joining Lancor, Joanna was based in Shanghai and Macau, China, as Head of Marketing and Alliances for MGM GRAND Macau. Most of her prior career was as a business development and marketing executive for Silicon Valley-based software and services providers, including Vice President of Marketing for Augmentum and divisional roles at Mercury Interactive, Adobe Systems and Siebel Systems.

Recipient of the Hershhorn Merit Scholarship, Joanna earned her MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and her bachelor’s degree in arts from New York University. Joanna speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
