Chris focuses his practice primarily on C-level searches for the portfolio companies of private equity clients in San Francisco and New York.

Prior to Lancor, Chris was a Partner with CTPartners, and also a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. He was a founding member of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Practice and very involved in the semiconductor and cleantech/alternative energy sectors.

Prior to his career in executive search, Chris was an attorney with Ulmer & Berne, a Midwest law firm. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from John Carroll University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law. In 2008, BusinessWeek Magazine recognized Chris as one of the “Top 100 World’s Most Influential Headhunters.”
