Prior to joining Lancor, Anne worked with Michel Coucke at Whitehead Mann in London. Previously she worked at Heidrick & Struggles for 16 years, both as Executive Assistant to the European Managing Partner and as Administration Manager for the European Practice traveling between London and Paris.

Prior to her executive search career, Anne worked for a variety of companies in personal assistant or administrative roles in the industry, consulting, financial services and entertainment sectors.
